Include your SDK/language version, the affected endpoint, HTTP status and a UTC request timestamp when reporting an API problem. Do not email passwords, API keys, session cookies, payment card details, or another person's birth data.

Security, privacy, and billing requests

Use the subject “Security report” for suspected vulnerabilities or exposed credentials; “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction requests; and “Privacy appeal” to appeal a privacy-rights decision where applicable law provides that right. To request subscription cancellation if the billing portal is unavailable, email from the account address to support@cosmicephemeris.com with the subject “Cancel Cosmic Ephemeris subscription” and include the account email and plan. Do not include card data or credentials. Response times are not guaranteed unless law or a separate written service-level agreement requires one.
